Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule a service, please do so within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If insufficient notice is given, you will be charged half of the full-service price. All no-show reservations and day of cancellations will be assessed the charge of the full service price of the missed appointment. Those that are canceled or rescheduled two or more consecutive times will be charged a move fee based on the service scheduled.
Due to Covid-19, if you arrive to your session showing any signs of sickness, your session will be denied and you will be responsible for paying the cancellation fee prior to rescheduling.
